I started working out, how long until I see results?

We get questions all the time from all of you readers, and this is one of the most common. How long will it take for you to see results once you start your program? There really is no definitive answer. Your results will depend on your routine, your food intake, your starting weight, your level of fitness, your age, your exertion level, you get the idea. The best way to start to see things happening is to commit to a 5 day a week workout program. Combine cardio, strength, toning and stretching. Another tip is to have a caloric deficit of between 500-1000 calories a day – from reduction of food, and exertion from fitness. You may want to invest in a heart rate monitor that will give provide your total calories burned from your workouts.
