Challenge: Burn 500 Calories!

There is no better way to burn 500 calories in 26 minutes than doing high intensity interval training. It’s the super high intensity that gets those calories burning to the max. Strap on your heart rate monitor and see if you get close to 500! If you don’t have a HRM, please, please invest in one. Knowing your actual caloric burn is a component to your fitness that is crucial. We’ve mentioned this in this article from earlier in 2015: 8 Reasons You Aren’t Losing Weight. Have fun with this one. There are quite a few moves we had never seen before that are incredibly challenging. Let us know how many calories you burned too!

Here are the moves: 7 Exercises, 3x

You’ll do each for 50 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest.

1) 10 Wide 10 Run 10 Inside
2) Cross Under Pushup
3) 1 Leg Rollback With Pushup
4) 180 Degree Mountain Climbers
5) 1 Leg Rollback With Pushup (Other Leg)
6) Two Toe-Taps With a Saw
7) Explosive Burpee
8) 5 Minute Bonus: As many reps as possible of pushups to failure and then jump squats to failure and repeat for 5 mins.
