This is a do anywhere abs routine. It is designed for intermediate athletes. If you are a beginner, we say give it a try, if you have to make modifications that is 100% ok, it’s great in fact. You will need a yoga mat along with a set of dumbbells. This is a 12 minute workout. You will find that when you do the moves correctly, you won’t need a long time working. These are tough moves. Even for intermediate athletes, you will be challenged. Listen to Kristie Rose, she gives amazing cues that will help you attain perfect form. Have Fun!
