Upper Body Barre Routine

If you’ve yet to try barre classes, they are no joke. They are totally different than your traditional group fitness classes. Barre classes take their lead from actual dance classes and focus on perfecting the moves that dancers practice year after year. You can see from a dancer’s body, the repetitive strengthening movements they excel in form that long, lean and toned look that are a signature look for any dancer.

You will need: One set of light dumbbells (3-8 lbs depending on level), a small playground ball (optional – can be done without ball)
