10 Minute Core Conditioning Workout

This is a short burn for your abs that is for every fitness level. There are some interesting moves here, some standing too. I like standing abs because they really force you to engage your core and balance. Did you know that as you age your ability to balance diminishes? Gaining strength in your core will help to keep your balancing on point as you age. This routine will have you balancing for a few of the moves which is great. Beginners may want to do this one time through. As you become stronger go through it two or three times and you can add weights too. Have fun!
