12 Minute Standing Abs with Weights

No need to be on the floor for abs! I love any variation for core blow outs that don’t involve the floor. This routine involves dumbbells so choose a light to medium weight. If you have back issues or are a newbie, no need for the weights. You are really going to be targeting all of your midsection here especially your obliques or love handle region. While this is an ab focused routine, you will notice that there is a cardio component as well. Be very controlled with the movements and if you feel any pain or something feels off, again drop the weights. Have fun!
