Five moves in 5 minutes! You are going to hit every part of your body with this one. One of the best parts of this workout is the instructor, Luke Milton. He is a friend and he is hilarious. I mean if you are into cheesy jokes and puns he is your guy. I take a class with him at his studio in West Hollywood a few times a month. Here is an abbreviated version of one of their 40 minute sessions. You can fit this blast in when you are rushing out to a meeting or only have bit of time to get a workout in. You can definitely go through this 2 – 3 times if you have a full 15 minutes. Grab a set of dumbbells and a yoga and get started. Let me know what you think about Luke too! Have fun!
