5 Minute Sexy Shoulder Workout

There is no time like the present to start sculpting your shoulders. I love working my arms and you don’t need heavy weights to execute the toning. I use 5 pound weights, but you can start lower and work up to five. Remember to keep your core engaged and try not to swing the weights. Execute the move from the shoulder. Breathe. Keep your arms straight and strong. Proper form is key!

How many minutes in were your arms on fire? And if you are not feeling challenged with the weight you chose, go up in weight! Have fun with this!
