Low impact workouts are excellent for beginners and for those who have knee issues. Low impact means there is no jumping. This can also be beneficial for those who have lower back issues. These moves are controlled which helps to ensure the safety of your knees. You will definitely get your heart pumping – yes low impact workouts are effective and challenging. Shoot for 10-12 reps. If you are a beginner, you can start with 1-2 rounds and see how your knees respond. If you are more advanced try for 2-3 rounds. Have fun!
