No Crunch Abs in 5 Minutes!

Crunches are so boring! Right? We’ve been doing them for years, so any new abs routine I am interested in! This is a great 5 minute way to hit your entire core. Always be sure to focus on what you are doing. If you feel your hips moving around or your bum is in the air, take a break for 5 seconds and get back into it. Your abs will be on fire, yay it’s working! These moves are challenging and you should have burned your entire mid-section out by the time you hit the 5 minute mark.

Here are some of the moves:

Sumo Squat with Side Bend
High Knees
Plank Circuit
Russian Twist variation
