The No Cheating Workout!

I love resistance bands. There is no way to cheat with bands. Here is an example. If you are using dumbbells and they are too heavy for you, often times you will compensate by moving your whole body, or moving in a way that is not the actual move you should be performing. Resistance bands force you to do the correct movement. They are great because you can adjust the placement of your hands to get the perfect amount of resistance for YOU. Make sense?

You can purchase a grouping of bands at most sports retail stores and they are not expensive. They are a great investment. And they can be kept at home, in your car and even in your luggage when you travel. Have fun!
