Firm Abs & Butt!

We’ve got a short pilates inspired combo of moves today that will hit your core and booty. Two areas that most of us are looking to tone! Are you new to pilates? I did a routine yesterday, and my butt is so sore! The moves work – the key is to really really focus on the move you are doing. REALLY focus. I notice the difference the next day if I have stayed present. Remember to keep your abs pulled in and tight the entire time. Get it done!

Knee Pulls
Swan
Donkey Heel Press
Rolling Like a Ball
C Curve
Full Roll Ups
