30 Day Squat Challenge

Thirty days to a tighter bum? Why not. You start off with a fairly decent amount of reps – so if you are beginner, you may need to break up the total number into two sets. Keep on breathing and take it slowly, whichever fitness level you are. There is no rush and with moves like this the larger benefit comes from the quality of the work. Remember as with any challenge, take note, photos etc. before and after. It is incredibly to see the rewards of having worked so hard. Have fun!
