Looking for a mood booster? Why not give this one a try and then have lunch at your desk? Working out midday has become a new found habit of mine. I have always been a first thing in the am fitness gal, until lately. I’ve started working out at high noon, and I love it so much! I am so much more productive before and after. Switching up my workout time has made working out that much more fun. I’ve tried new classes, met new trainers and made new friends. As a byproduct, my overall fitness has improved.
