Invest in a few resistance bands, and watch your body sculpt and tone in the ways you have been hoping for. Resistance bands do not let you cheat. What do I mean by that? Have you ever seen people using dumbbells that you know are too heavy for them? They have horrible form, they are using their legs to help with a bicep curl…and they still won’t use an appropriate weight? Drives me crazy! Well, the solution to this type of mistake is to use resistance bands. They are inexpensive, they come in different strength levels and you can take them anywhere. Have fun with this one!
