Beginners and intermediate athletes, here is a great one for you! You will need a mat and that is it! If you find that this one works for you, I suggest locking it into memory. I often do this with routines, or moves that I like so that when I am outside on a run, I can add a toning and strength workout to compliment my cardio. It’s all about combo workouts – cardio and strength – if you are looking to lean out your body, possibly lose weight and change your body composition. Have fun with this one!

Format: 3 Circuits :: 5 Minutes :: 30 Seconds Per Move
