Cardio to Boost Weight Loss

Cardio with fat burning and toning. I love this routine. It’s really fast, with zero time to be bored by the moves. You’ve got 30 seconds of each strength move followed by 30 seconds of cardio. Super fun, super challenging, super doable. If you’ve got time, I say go through it twice and follow it up with a 5 minute ab routine. You won’t need any weights for this one, unless you want to add them. Have fun!

Bridge Raise
Burpees
