Fat Blast: 21 Minute HIIT Workout

Get your gear and by that I mean, lace up, grab your water, a towel and make some room. These moves can be adjusted to you and where you are in your fitness journey. This is going to fly by, 21 minutes, fast and furious. Wear your heart rate monitor, and see how many calories you burn! I’d love to know. Make a note of it, and next time you do this routine, I bet you will burn more calories. Have fun!

7 exercises. 50 seconds of work – 10 seconds of rest.  Repeat 3 times for a total of 21 minutes.

Here are the moves:

180 Degree Jump Squat Touchdowns
V Sit Rows
Sumo Push-ups
In and Out Jump Squat/Jump Forward/Jump Back
Double Mountain Climbers (Inside & Outside of Hands)
Wide Jump/One Leg Pushup
10 High Knees/Drop Down/Power Up
