Gymnast Body: Lean and Strong

I am a fan of this type of routine, a full body workout that you can do in the comfort of your home! I like to work this one in while I am doing chores. I vacuum the house, and mop the floor, then do this one while I am waiting for the floor to dry and the laundry to be done. I think that’s the definition of multi-tasking! Have fun with this one.

Advanced athletes aim for 3-4 rounds with 10-15 reps. Beginners aim for 1-2 rounds with 10-15 reps.

Here are the moves:

1) Shoulder Sizzlers
2) L-Sits
3) Two Overhead Situps / V-Up / Kickout
4) Rollback Pushbacks
5) Crab Kickovers to Pushups
6) One Leg Mule Kicks
