Focus: Thinner Thighs!

It’s about your legs today, thighs specifically. Your hamstrings and quads are going to be on fire in this short workout. The truth is, as you know, that losing weight and being tone has more to do with what you are eating, or not eating. Keep that in mind. 

Be sure to mix up your workouts during the week, cardio, weights, sculpting, yoga – varying workouts will keep your mind active and your body engaged. Have fun.

Here are the moves : Each move 30 seconds

Plie Squats
Side Lunges
Squat & Kick (each side 30 seconds)
Skater Hops
Inner Leg Lifts
Leg Circles
Outer Leg Lifts
Fire Hydrants
Fire Hydrant Kicks
