4 Minute HIIT! Repeat For Max Results!

Look no further for a quick cardio workout. This is the fastest HIIT workout you’ve ever seen, just 4 minutes of cardio. You can tailor this workout to your fitness level, if you are a beginner, go through one round only, which totals the 4 minutes. Even if you consider yourself a beginner, I bet you’ve got more in you. Aim for 2 total rounds, that’s a total of 8 minutes – easy breezy! 

HIIT workouts are a great way to build your endurance and stamina. You are moving at such high exertion level, it forces your body to change, adapt and thus become stronger. They are a variation of a cardio workout that really will have you seeing the changes you want to your overall fitness level.

Want to kick it up? Complete 4 minutes for each of the individual moves.

Do 8 rounds of 20 seconds each of jump squats, with 10 seconds of rest in between each round.
Do 8 rounds of 20 seconds each of burpees with 10 seconds of rest in between each round.
Do 8 rounds of 20 seconds each of bicycle abs with 10 seconds of rest in between
