Target your lower tummy, the “pooch” area. You will be moving non-stop for eight minutes. This will burn. Continue to breathe throughout all of them moves. If you are feeling feisty, go through the moves a total of two times. Get in a cardio routine too. This is the toughest area to tone, as it has more to do with what you are eating. If you get ahead of the game by starting these moves now, once your diet is on point, your hard work will shine through.
