These three exercises burn the most amount of calories in the least amount of time. There are beginner, intermediate and advanced options for each of these three calorie burners. All athletes will benefit from these moves. Go at your own pace. A great way to start is to choose a number of reps you want to hit, and then hit it. If you have to take a break that is 100% OK!
These are full body moves that will burn the most amount of calories in a minute. Notice how literally each part of your body is working with the moves. We call these complex combos. Keep your abs engaged and breathe. The idea is to do as many reps as you can for each move. As I mentioned before, set a number in your mind and get it! Make a note of the total reps, so next time you will know what number to beat!
