Butt Lift 101!

Want to feel more confident in your shorts and swimsuit? Give this routine a go. It’s short and to the point. One of the most challenging moves is the Romanian Deadlift. This move not only forces you to work your hamstrings and glutes, it also heavily relies on balance. Did you know that as you age your balance diminishes? It does, sadly. Moves such as this will not only strengthen your targeted areas, they will also help to improve your balance. Have fun!

Here are the moves:

Squat Jumps – 15
Skaters with a Touch – 6 each side
Back Lunge with a High Knee – 6 each side
Romanian Deadlift – 10 each side
Bridge with Leg Extension – 10 each side
Fire Hydrant – 10 each side
Yoga Ball Curls – 15
Holding Squat with Resistance Band – 30 seconds
