Medicine Ball Medley!

Medicine balls are a fun addition to a regular workout. You probably don’t have one at home, if you do, good for you! You can find medicine balls at most gyms and fitness studios. They vary in weight between six to thirty pounds. You will need two differing weights for this workout. I would suggest a lighter weight for the first two moves. Since you will be rotating your body on these moves, this is a more advanced movement, so take it slowly and remember to keep your core super tight. With the later movements, that are more familiar, jump up to a heavier ball to really challenge yourself!

Here are the moves:

Side Lunge with Woodchop
Ball Halo
Mountain Climbers on Ball
Overhead Lunge
Lift Ups
Staggered Push-Ups
Squat to Front Raise
Chest Press
Reverse Crunches
