I am loving these targeted, quick-hit workouts that we have been taking about over the last week. You can combine them to create your own, full routine, or you can simple add them on to the end of a workout you’re already doing. Is time a constraint? Not with these bad boys! You can do this at home, in your apartment or anywhere else without using any equipment! Do this routine often and you will notice stronger, sleeker obliques.

The moves are:

2. Side Plank Crunch 
3. Ballerina Twist
