Today is the day we target those pesky love handles. They are probably one of my most annoying body issues to have. There is no way to particularly spot train, so the best way to nail love handles is to get great cardio burns every day. You can do that by running, walking, cycling or swimming. There are other burns too, those are a few you can do. You will also need to eat lean proteins, lots of green vegetables, and eliminate sugar! Doing all of that, combined with these types of moves will have your love handles disappearing. Give it a try, get rid of the sugar, kick up your workouts, and watch your amazing transformation!
