Back on the Menu: Health-Conscious Pizza

Pizza is a true culinary delight to me! It is probably one of my top 5 favorite dishes of all time when it comes to cooking, eating out, or ordering in! However, I haven’t had pizza in AGES because doesn’t exactly agree with a healthy diet and lifestyle. The average take-away pizza has more saturated fat than you need in three whole days, and let’s not forget the carbo-load crust! However, now pizza is back on the menu and even has some pretty awesome nutrients to go along with it! Try this recipe next time you’re craving the classic junk food and be amazed at the flavor and lack of guilt you’ll feel after!
