Our healthy lifestyles don’t mean we have to deprive ourselves of tasty treats, especially when it comes to coffee and protein. This recipe is all about bulking up your morning routine to add some protein power to your caffeine fix. Try this recipe for the next commute to work or lazy Sunday at home.

Protein Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients
  1. CASEIN (CINNAMON Flavor) 1 SCOOP
  2. HOT WATER 1 1/2 CUPS
  3. PUMPKIN SPICE 1/4 TSP
  4. COFFEE 1.5 OZ.
  5. FAT-FREE WHIP CREAM (OPTIONAL)
Instructions
  1. Add the dry ingredients to the hot water.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Add coffee.
  4. Top with whipped cream (optional) and enjoy!
Notes
  1. You can sub out the casein for whey protein if you prefer.
