On the Go: Working Out Away From Home

I travel all the time for work, and occasionally pleasure, and finding a way to get in a good workout can be hard. Whether the hotel I’m in doesn’t have a gym, or because I’m driving hours on end, equipment and time aren’t exactly on my side when I’m away from home. Workout routines like this one are my saving grace while on the move because it encompasses full body moves that workout all of your muscles for a great calorie and fat burn. No equipment or gym necessary, just 20 minutes and comfortable clothing means you can get a full-body fat burning workout anywhere in the world!
