The 3 Minute Pushup Challenge

Ready to take your push to the next level? This challenge will push your upper body to the limit but rewards you with a stunning sense of accomplishment and a seriously good bit of strength and muscle toning for your chest, arms, and shoulders. It only takes a short amount of time but you’ll certainly be feeling it like it was a full-on chest day workout!

1) Push-ups (regular) – 30 seconds Rest – 10 seconds
2) Diamond Push-ups – 30 seconds Rest – 10 seconds
3) Leg Lift Push-ups – 30 seconds Rest – 10 seconds
4) Spider-man Push-ups – 30 seconds Rest – 10 seconds
End with a 20 second chest stretch by putting your hands behind your head and gently pulling your elbows back to stretch the chest.
