Time for a fitness reality check! Did you know, it is crucial to workout your lower back just as often as you work your abs. Personally, I have not always followed this advice and have paid the injury price before. The lower back, while it doesn’t have a six pack, is one of the major contributors to all of your movements and balance. Keep you lower back fit to keep your training on track and body health on point!
