5 Minute Fat Burner

Your goal is to get as many reps as possible with the combo moves. This is an incredibly challenging routine, however, your strength, stamina and endurance have grown immensely by now! I have never seen four of these moves. Know this, if you need assistance with the Prisoner One Leg Squat, grab a chair to have by your side for the modification. You can also go really slowly or not all the way to the ground with that move, do what you can. 

Combo moves such as these will have you getting stronger more quickly and thus seeing results that much faster! 

Here are the combo moves:

Heel Elevated Lunge + Prisoner One Leg Squat
Knee Tuck Leg Lift + Push Up
Hip Raise + V Sit Up
