Focus: Sculpted Arms

No dumbbells or weights needed for this. It’s easy to work your entire body without weights – this is an excellent example of how you are all you need to tone and sculpt. I like to use weights and have been focused on gaining muscle as I’ve mentioned, however, I have a few go to arm routines that are weight free. You can really burn out your arms quickly and effectively with the moves in this routine. On the tricep push-ups, modify if you need to, however, be sure to keep your elbows close to your body – core engaged with all of these moves. Have iun!

Reverse Flys
Shoulder Taps with Negative Push-Up
Lying Reverse Fly
Prone Overhead Reach
Tricep Push-Up
Inchworm to Plank Rotation
