I’m all about versatility when it comes to the equipment I use in the gym and at home. That’s why I love dumbbells, barbells, elastic bands, and kettlebells. However, the Medicine Ball is all too often overlooked by fitness lovers, myself included, yet it has the potential to give you a great total-body workout.
