If you have never tried a workout like this, I think you will really like it and have fun along the way! I used to do this style workout: Football Drills every Saturday and Sunday a few years ago. Truth be told, they upped my endurance, strength and overall toning. Think of this as play with the bonus of burning calories! Grab you friends and give this a try. If you can find a football field that has a track with stadium stairs even better. Start of by running the stairs up and back to warm up and finish off the same way! You will see what I mean. These moves will have your brain thinking in a different way – you won’t believe how fast the workout is over! Let me know what you think!
