Perfect the Move: 3-Way Lunge

It’s always good to add new moves to your routine as you become more fit. When adding a new exercise, learn how to perform it before you try. Listen to the verbal description and cues. You may even want to repeat out loud what the trainer is saying. That’s what I do. It helps to say the directions as I am physically performing the move. Go slowly and focus on the body part that is doing most of the work. Keep in mind to breathe, shoulders down, abs pulled in tight.
