Popcorn Balls! A Healthy Version!

October means Halloween, which means treats! Yay!

Here’s the thing, treats doesn’t have to mean it’s going to totally mess up your food and fitness goals. As I always say, one of my favorite things to do is to find healthier versions of traditionally sinful items. This is one of those finds I had to share! These Popcorn Balls are easy to make and a real crowd pleaser. Have some fun, you can doll them up with sprinkles, colored sugar, m&m’s or even nuts. These are your treat, so make them the way you see fit. See the Nutrition below. Even though it says 8 servings, you could make them smaller to cut the calories, up to you.
