Low Lunge:
Kneel on a the floor and place your palms underneath your shoulders in front of you. Bring your left foot to the inside of your left hand. Press into your left heel as you lift your chest and bring both arms straight up to the ceiling. Keep your hips square and arms along your ears as you arch your lower back and look upward. Hold this pose for as long as you desire before repeat on the other side with the other leg.in front.
