If you live in Southern California or ever have the chance to visit, I recommend looking up Sarah Kusch, the trainer in this routine. Her training and skills are some of the best I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing. I’ve seen people’s bodies change after attending her classes weekly.  She is a stickler for form, so, please listen and learn. It’s the small subtle changes, and tweaks that she points out that will have you resetting how you would usually do any of these moves. Have fun!

You will need a heavier and a lighter set of weights.

Shoulder Presses
Lateral Raises
Bicep Curls
Tricep Extensions
Push Ups
