3. Eat right!


Losing weight, or at the very least not gaining weight , is a simple case of math. Eat only the amount of calories your body requires (and no more!) and you won’t gain an ounce. I promise! Now, obviously, this is a lot more difficult to achieve than it is to say, but just being conscious of how many calories your body needs and eating accordingly will get you close.
