Shoot to do this routine 2 to 3 times a week. The Tone it Up ladies have a great workout here that will round out your traditional push ups and dips to sculpt your upper body. You won’t need more that a 3-5 pound weight. My keeping your mind present as you are performing the moves, you will start to notice a difference in how your workout. Often times we are literally going through the motions. You will be focusing on the short movements they add to each move – that will have your muscles firing in a different way which will lead to fine toning your body. Have fun!
