Total Body Cardio HIIT Workout: 15 Minutes Total

In classic tabata style this routine will be over before you know it. All you will need is 15 minutes and that includes a warm up! The warm is great, because it’s a Dynamic Warm Up. We’ve talked about the importance of this type of stretching/active warm up. It’s much friendlier to your body and will no doubt get you warm and ready – which is what you want, especially when gearing up for tabata. Have fun!

Here is what it is going to look like:

5 Moves 4 Reps each
20 seconds work : 10 seconds rest

Seal Push Up
Star Jumps
Mountain Climbers
Jumping Lunges
Burpee
