Well, we are rolling at full speed into that time of year where a lot of people, myself included, put on a bit of weight. It is what it is. We are brainstorming at the Eat Fit Fuel home office of ways to limit the weight gain and keep you on your healthy track! Let’s start with Halloween. Even if you don’t have kids that are bringing boat loads of candy home, you can still be bombarded with sweets every way you turn. The receptionist at pretty much every office will have an offering, co-workers too! Its a minefield of sugar and chocolate treats so be careful.
