Often times the most difficult thing about working out is getting to the gym. The next layer of challenge for me at least is if I don’t have a plan. I am not alone. I’ve seen you. Walking around the gym floor – zombie-ish if you will. Walking by various machines, maybe stopping for a few minutes of elliptical, perhaps the bike. I am here to help you. No more unfocused workouts for you friend!
