Boost Your Metabolism… A Workout!

We gave you some tips recently regarding ways to boost your metabolism with foods, overall eating and fitness. Today we found a 20 minute cardio and strength burn that will fire up your metabolism.

Each one of these moves are going to challenge you entire body. Keep your mind in the room with you, and focused on what you are going to be doing…and that is waking up your body, getting your engine burning and knocking out your calorie burn for the day!

You will need a set of dumbbells, something between 5 to 10 pounds.
