Dynamic Stretching!

Stretching is so important before and after you exercise. The new way to stretch, before hand is dynamic stretching. Dynamic stretching means you are in motion stretching and warming up your body pre exercise. You aren’t going to be doing any traditional holding of moves. When your body is cold, those types of static stretching can do more harm than good. Try this type of pre warm out stretching sequence, and notice the difference! Have fun!

Kneeling Press
Kneeling Side Stretch
