This workout will burn fat to the max! The great thing about this routine is that it is cardio combined with intense strength moves. I consider this an intermediate to advanced workout. As always if the moves become too intense for you modify to what feels comfortable to your body. I modify moves ALL the time! There is no shame in modifying. You know your limits and the last thing you want is to get an injury.
I would have a few sets of dumbbells on hand so that you can challenge yourself and then if the reps become to much with the heavier weight – having perfect form – drop to a lighter weight!
