I love this routine. I had never heard of move one or move five. My thighs were on fire…my quads, holy moly!

4-Square Drill | 1 minute
Single Leg Deadlift |10-15 reps each side
Lateral Lunge & Pulse | 10-15 reps of 3 pulses on each leg
Plié Squat w. Hop | 10 -15 reps
Bootstrappers | 10-15 reps
