This is a super short sculpted arms workout that you can do on days when you don’t have a lot of time but want to make sure you get your arms workout in anyway! Go for your quick cardio routine before this. If you are short on time today, grab a jump rope, or go for a burpee routine. If you can manage that for 5 minutes each, then hit this you will be golden!
You’ll do each of these for 20 seconds before moving on to the next one. If you’re a beginner shoot for 2-3 rounds of this tank top workout. If you are more advanced you can try for 3-6 rounds (or however many you can do!) of this sculpted arms workout.

Tricep Extensions (20 seconds)
Bicep Curls (20 seconds)
